New Years 2017

New Year, New YOU!

Hello all,
 I am excited for you and your health journey. With the beginning of the New Year, this is an amazing time for you to become the person you have envisions, the person that doesn't give up, and the person who follows through with consistent actions.

From my experience as a Certified Fitness Professional, and working with over 100+ clients, there are many common trends when people are beginning the process to change. Some of these commonalities would include not having firmly rooted:
           Accountable Groups
  1. Having a group of people that can hold you accountable.
          
           “Why”
  1. Having a firmly established “Why”. The changes that we make are predicated on our purpose which in essence drives action. We must know our “Why”.
           
           Challenging Goals
  1. Having challenging but attainable goals is key.
           
           Seek Knowledge
  1. Seeking out the essential knowledge and professionals who can help.

We all must realize that growth is within our reach, it is right at the end of feeling uncomfortable. Once we raise our threshold to become uncomfortable, growth will then occur.
Ask yourself what you want out of life? We are only given so much time and none of us truly know how long that is. Living life with regrets, constantly repeating statements such as,  “I wish I” or “If I only” are not the words you need to be feeding yourself.   

You were created for ingenuity, to dream, to develop and to grow into your God given potential! Grasp this year and grow closer to your purpose of living a more balanced life.
